RETURN POLICY

Products can only be returned if the item you received is defective, we offer a full replacement for up to 14 days from the date of receipt. To request a replacement please contact us providing your order number, reason for your return and (if applicable) evidence / photographs of any product defects. We will be happy to send you a new one or give you a refund (excluding shipping costs).

A product can only be replaced with a product of equal value.

 

Transportation
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the refund cost will be deducted from the refund. Any customs duty is paid by the importer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take to reach you may vary.

Money return
Once we receive your return and it is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. Please allow us up to 5 working days to process the refund after we receive the returned item. After checking and assessing that it is in acceptable condition, we will credit the amount to the original payment method.

Late returns
If you have not received a refund within a few business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the formal refund. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before sending a refund. If you have done all this and have not yet received your return, contact us.

Exchange (if possible)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item.
